The Hotel & Restaurant is located at Berliner Str. 41, 15746 Groß Köris, very close to the motorway exit. It is situated approximately 40km southeast of Berlin and is easily accessible via the A13 motorway. The local train station is about 500 meters away. During the day, trains run hourly to and from Berlin. The hotel is located in the middle of the Dahme lake district - there are many lakes and forests in the area. The hotel itself is situated on a property with a garden by a lake.

Please note that this is a small hotel and therefore, reception and service times are limited. The regular check-in times are currently from 3pm to 5pm. It is important to ensure before making your booking that you can arrive during this time. Otherwise, you may find yourself standing at a locked door with no one available to let you in. If you are unable to check in during this time, please contact the hotel before making a booking to be informed about the possibility of a self-check-in. As a rule, a prepayment and security measures are required to protect the hotel from fraud.

The reception is staffed for check-outs from 8:00-11:00. If you need to check out earlier, it is absolutely necessary to arrange this the day before.

Breakfast is included in the room price and is served only for hotel guests between 7:00-10:00.

We would be delighted to welcome you to our in-house restaurant, which is also open to non-hotel guests. We predominantly serve traditional Brandenburg cuisine. The price for main courses usually ranges from 13 to 22 euros. Please take note of our opening hours and weekly days of rest, which can be found on Google Maps. A reservation is generally recommended.

If you are a hotel guest, on days when our restaurant is closed, you will find other dining options, such as Italian restaurants and fast food (kebabs and Asian cuisine) nearby. There are also two supermarkets and a petrol station within walking distance.

We have simply furnished rooms of various sizes and amenities in different price ranges. Please note that the rooms are spread across different buildings in the hotel garden. For bookings at the most affordable price, including breakfast, we recommend booking via our own Cultbooking booking form. A VISA or Mastercard is required for a booking.

In the hotel garden, there is a boat rental service where you can rent motorboats, SUPs, kayaks, or bicycles from around the beginning of May to mid-September to explore this beautiful lake region. Please contact the boat rental service directly for this.

Unfortunately, pets of any size are not allowed in our hotel.
